Her dedication to these populations enables her to provide a level of expertise that is exceptional.
Kim's focus is empowering women to achieve healthy and active lifestyles for long term health - to prevent, or manage, chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Cancer and Heart Disease. Her passion is helping women with pelvic floor disorders and chronic pain (due to injury, surgery or pregnancy), as she knows first-hand how these can limit a woman's ability to exercise and to do the things she loves. She wants women to be healthy and strong - now and in their golden years!
Since 2003, Kim has established herself as the go-to fitness professional for expectant, new and seasoned moms, and is recommended by Women’s Health professionals across Calgary – physiotherapists, chiropractors, obstetricians, family physicians, and the Pelvic Floor Clinic at the Foothills Women's Center. In addition, Kim has been sought out as a prenatal and postnatal fitness expert and has been interviewed and featured on Breakfast Television, CTV News, Shaw TV, Telus TV , the Calgary Herald and other Canadian publications.
