Professional Kinesiologists are university educated health and fitness professionals who specialize in the delivery of exercise and lifestyle modification programs for people with various health conditions, as well as for healthy populations. Professional Kinesiologists are recognized Allied Health Professionals, and are differentiated from personal trainers by their extensive knowledge, skills and experience in clinical exercise delivery and health- behavior modification.

  • Preventing and treating Women's Health conditions: Urinary Stress Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Pelvic Girdle Pain and Diastasis Recti
