Considering that inactivity is a greater health risk than smoking or obesity, it is our mission to keep you active by getting to the root cause of your issues. 

 

Outdoor Active Mom Classes

What better way to be active than to grab the stroller, lace up your running shoes and head outside to enjoy the fresh air with your little ones? Get a full body workout with dynamic drills - boot camp style!

This class is designed specifically to help moms get strong from the inside out, focusing core and pelvic stability, strengthening the mommy muscles and balancing all the muscles to prevent injuries, all while increasing cardiovascular fitness.

We want you to be active, and can help you transition into a full exercise program safely, no matter how long ago you had your baby.
